Baluarte De San Diego Gardens - Reception venue
c/o Intramuros Administration
Gobernador Del Palacio Bldg.
Intramuros, Manila
Philippines
Notes
Baluarte De San Diego had been a witness to the couple's love story during their college years. The groom graduated from Adamson University while the bride is from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. During vacant hours, (where the bride/groom would only have limited time to see each other, say, 1 hour), they would just go to Baluarte De San Diego Gardens just to spend time with each other. A day would not pass without them dropping by "baluarte". There's something in Baluarte that it had kept them coming back. They shared crying and laughing moments in this garden. Also, during the bride's night classes, she would usually see wedding scenes in baluarte...a beautiful and solemn sight from afar...From then on, she promised herself that someday, she would be stepping in Baluarte wearing a beautiful white gown with Randy...a promise that will soon come true.... Classic Unlimited - Wedding Coordinator
Classic Unlimited is a provider of wedding coordination and strings. However, we are still thinking of availing her strings...due to budget constraints. (Kung may magreregalo, e di mas maganda, joke, ahihihihi!...pero pwede ring seryosohin, hahaha!). Janice Dadap, the head coordinator, will be spearheaded by 3 more coordinators on our wedding day. They will be wearing uniform dresses (which I really liked) in order for the guests to identify them. They looked fabulous!

Val Villarin - Hair & Make Up Artist
I saw Val's advertisement at
w@w (where else?). At first, I was very hesitant to get him though I admire his works through his website. However, during one of the meetings with our photog/videog, Kelvin, he was mentioning of a certain make up artist he has recently work with. Kelvin threw many praises to this artist because of the beautiful outputs he had. And I told Kelvin that I was already aiming for one make up artist but still undecided yet. We never thought that we are referring to the same person...same make up artist. We only knew it when I mentioned the name of Val and Kelvin showed me an envelope of Val Villarin...we laughed together! Right there and then, I sent an email to Val asking for a booking. (hehehe...)

Bayview Park Hotel - for hotel preps
1118 Roxas Boulevard
cor. United Nations Ave.
Ermita, Manila
Philippines
Notes
At first, I was very hesitant to book this hotel...but because this has the lowest price among our options, Randy is eyeing for this hotel. The top 2 on my list are Manila Pavilion and Manila Hotel...probably because of their established names. However, I came to realize that we should not shell out so much money on hotels since this will only be a place for the wedding preps...nothing more. So, I reviewed the facilities for Bayview Park Hotel...it's a 4-star hotel (same with Manila Pavilion, but lower in price)...it has a swimming pool at the roof top...it has carpeted rooms...it's newly renovated...it was recommended by my coordinator...it has cheaper rates...asiatravel has a Suite available rate. Well, those are the factors I considered in booking this hotel. I booked a superior room for Randy and a suite for me (hehehe...). More Information
"Ysabelle" Bridal Factory
1303 Benavidez St. Sta. Cruz, Manila
EDSA Avenue, Mandaluyong
Notes
Well, "Ysabelle" is a significant name for us. This is the name we wanted for our first daughter
sana in the future, siguro mga 4 years pa lang kami ni Randy nun...the spelling was made by me & Randy talaga. One time, on our way to Galleria or Greenhills ata nuon, we saw a big sign, "Ysabelle" along EDSA, it was an Ad for a certain couturier. We got surprised talaga to see the sign and parehong pareho sa name we are eyeing for our first angel in the future...that was, "Raven Ysabelle"
sana .
Who would have known that the "Ysabelle" we saw along EDSA would be our couturier for our wedding?! hahaha! Well, Ysabelle is a recommended supplier of our wedding coordinator. I heard good feedbacks about them. Easy to deal with, friendly and flexible sa needs ng clients nila ~ that's what my fellow w@wies always say. Ysabelle will be doing my bridal gown and the female ento gowns.

Eastpark 14 - Invites & Souvenirs
Northmall, Monumento - Caloocan City
Notes
Yep...for the first 70 guests, we D-I-Y'd the invitations. But suddenly, we got tired already...that's when we decided to look for a supplier who will do the remaining number of invites which are still pending. Since it's below 100 pcs., it was hard for us to look for a supplier (100 usually is the min number of orders). But hey, I found Eastpark thru w@w (where else?) who can just do the 40 invites. Initially we just want them to do our CD souvenirs...but were convinced to let them also do our invites! More Information
Classic Unlimited - Strings provider
Classic Unlimited will provide coordination services and STRINGS! Initially, I didn't plan to hire a strings supplier primarily because so far I'm satisfied with the music that Rejectkrew (sound system supplier) will provide. However, I got no accompaniment for my church singer (Thanks, Wey!)...therefore, I decided to book a strings supplier...I just need to add 1K for them to play also during the reception.
